sasuke already master alot of genjutsu,taijutsu,ninjutsu etc .

Current sasuke have ;
-The scroll that can change the path of the war.If the scroll can change the war and they know what occuring in the war.This mean the scroll have to be very powerful.Only sasuke can use the scroll
-EMS which will give him access to more ocular power and Perfect susano
-Knowledge of everything from the person who know everything
-More ocular power from the uchiha tablet since sasuke is already in konoha

the SO6P is unique because he was the origin of all the jutsus,a guy who fought the juubi with no special power(eye power or jin power) and won sealing the beast within him,having a second SO6P doesn't even make any sense.

I had to read and re read the question to wonder if this person is actually serious, a plain ignorant Sasuke Fan-boy or if it was a very annoying troll.

Anyway. No. Sasuke cannot become the Sage of Six Paths. I don't think ANYONE can turn into the Sage of Six Paths. the Sage's beliefs and philosophy went beyond one Clan's tragic fate and selfish desires of revenge, as you may have very well noticed if you had read the manga properly. If there was a possibility of Sasuke having ANY relationship with the Sage, would be perhaps becoming a second incarnation of the Sage's Elder Son, who probably had the same personality as Sasuke, and whose power relied on spirit, mind and eyes. Similarly, Naruto would be like the second incarnation of the Sage's Younger Son, who resembles Naruto greatly as well, and whose strenght lies in his Vitality, life force and sheer determination.

That, I think, is a theory closer to be true than Sasuke being the Sage. That's not only impossible, but also plain ridiculous.
