its shown madara can control kurama with a 3 tomoe sharingan.

I think sasuke can enslave up to 2 or 3

Only one at a time, senju dna/sharingan and obito's outer path ability which was unrivaled allowed 5 bijuus in control.

If it's weaker summonings like manda, toad, etc. Sasuke can control as many as he wants

Really I think not. Look at the 5 tails eye. he is using a combo of rinnegan and sharingan.
