Itachi has a way of giving powers through tapping the head of a person with his holy fingers. However, Itachi didn't tap Sasuke's head with his holy fingers, instead, he did it with his head.
This implies that Sasuke has gained all of Itachi's knowledge, skills, techniques, and... his Solo King abilities.

These are Manga facts, but sadly some people deny the truth by lying to themselfs and hate.

Too bad Nagato was the true solo king the whole time and he was never defeated in a straight up fight with no plot to beat him. If you read the manga then you would know Itachi did that because he always poked Sasuke's head while treating him like a kid when he blows him off to go do something else. Itachi holding Sasuke's head to his signifies him seeing Sasuke as a grown up and not a kid any more.
