he can quickly go back to normal before burining all his chakra up tobi cant warp he will have shira tensei so if tobi trys all his bones will get crushed and the performance he can makes his summonings stall tobi till he get back to decent amout of chakra

i say his rinnegan should be stonger than tobi because he developed it and he has it in both eyes like kakashi couldnt stand up to itachi with ms vs ms because its only and one eye
