imma go with Kakashi, based on the fact that he has more experience,
and he's a jounin.
Cm2 Sasuke is pretty strong though, but i don't think he can outsmart him.

Despite a thread I made earlier, experience matters slightly.

But due to overpowered jutsu, I can see them both wiping each other out.

Kakashi with more chakra is slightly overpowered due to the spam he could do with Kamui that would be equal to Sasuke spamming Chidori or Kirin (which he didn't due at the fight due to the fact that he was already exhausted).

Kakashi is one of the smartest fighters, that will compensate for his inferior chakra. I think it could go either way, perhaps a slight edge to Kakashi. the databook puts hebi sasuke lower than kakashi.

they have equal speed and taijutsu, kakashi has more smarts, sasuke has more powerful jutsu but only slightly. if he can't make kirin without amaterasu, then kakashi has the more powerful jutsu, with the raikiri hound and bunshin, and kamui

This fight would be very close, but id give it to sasuke. One way to get past kamui is the body shedding technique. Both kamui and the shedding technique drains them both, but the downside of kamui is slightly greater than the shedding technique therefore i feel sasuke will edge it

Besides from Kirin(what Sasuke can only use under certain rare circumstances) i think Kakashi can beat him pretty much easy-mid difficulty. He has much more jutsus, better in raiton, use kage bunshins as feint to see the weakness of the opponent, use his brain better, better in taijutsu, same speed. His only weakness could be chakra, but we've seen he can fight for 2days now, so it won't be a great factor.
