You guys remember the fight between Naruto and Sasuke in the first part right?? So the chidori Sasuke used at the end ( I believe it was Ominous Chidori ), Does it fall under the Lightning Release : Black lightning . And if it does wouldn't that make Sasuke superior than other CM users since he can Use a Tech. So advanced that only few can master it? . Share with me your opinions and if you have any explanation of why it was black go ahead and explain it to me.

(edit) it's core was white but the edges and most of it was black >.>

No it wasn't Black Lightning.

It was a regular Chidori that was pumped with a lot of hateful chakra. Nothing more.
