Sasuke CM question

So when Itachi sealed away Orochimaru from Sasuke, he took away the power of the curse mark, correct? (If I understood that correctly)

jugo gives the hermit power of the curse mark to Sasuke's body, which is still compatible. Does that mean Sasuke can go into CM mode again? I always liked it when he fought in that mode and was disappointed when it was gone after the Itachi fight.

Still used it in part 2 . Part 2 is shippuden thats when he lost it. But i get your point. He couldnt of got ms till he got rid of curse

Its a way better and more unique power up as opposed to the MS. His fighting style is much better in that mode instead of just sitting in Sasanoo all day . I guess he will do both now if he has the CM
