What happened to the black chidori? I think it was used for hype because he's used chidori several times now and its been still blue. Think he used up his power?

Back when they immobilized Madara, Sasuke told Naruto to use the Rikudou's chakra, showing they can willingly use it with their chakra or not. The fact that he said "I'll do the same" and his Chidori turned black as a result. It being blue instead of black is proof he isn't doing it.
