As I recal Uchiha didn't have high chakra they had powerful chakra. So not like very high. But his techs are devestasting.

that's not true first of all Madara was with increased chrakra speed power (everything) because of the First Hokage's DNA and he still and after releasing from Edo Tensei Madara said that in this form he has almost unlimited chakra and healing powers but only in this mode i think that everyone who could release themselfs from Edo Tensei could achieve this but the problem is that only a few people can do it ...
