Sasuke cant use Indra chakra anymore

In this chapter, Sasuke was hit in a chakra vital point nullifying any chakra use in that spot.

That only sealed his chakra as long as the needle was in his arm. It kept him from using PS or pulling out more of it than he already had, but as u can see at the end of the chapter he is perfectly fine now.

His PS isnt Indra chakra. Its from his Sharingan. Totally different.

What I was saying was the black chidori thingy, since its the only thing that he showed using the "sage chakra"

If you notice Sasuke was planning on using PS, but then Kaguya stabbed him in the arm and because of which he wasn't able to act as planned and had to be saved by Naruto

Irrelevant. Susanoo is still the manifestation of his chakra. And obviously, the sages chakra AMPLIFIED the power of his PS.(and enabled it to do more damage) It's quite obvious that he can still use the sages chakra. There's nothing that even remotely hints otherwise.

Edit: Even though I can't prove it beyond doubt, the perfect susanoo has only been used by Indra and his reincarnations, so there's a strong possiblity that his PS is formed by Indra's chakra.

Well then let me correct you. Sasuke's chakra is his own and Indra's combined, since he is the reincarnation and has to have some sort of his chakra. Black Chidori is using the Sage's chakra.
