I've always thought that Nardo doesn't have omyoudon. Obito could use the black stuff when he first became a juubi jinchuriki, but he couldn't use omyoudon. Nardo hasn't even canceled any ninjutsu so there is no reason to believe he has omyoudon. Sasuke could touch Madara's rod (because of sage chakra) but he himself can't use black rods. Similarly, Nardo (because of sage chakra) could kick Madara's black balls but he himself (Nardo) can't use omyoudon; just normal goudoudama like early juubito.

Remeber when it was said that 9tail's chakra was dangerous and really harmful to a normal person?

You see, the difference is that godoudama is a jutsu. If a rasengan hits you, you take damage whether or not Nardo wants to harm you or not. If a fireball jutsu hits you, you get burned whether or not the user wants you to get burned. If chidori hits you, you get electrocuted/stabbed whether or not the user wants it. The same logic applies to Nardo's black balls.
