Sasuke Can't Regenerate

I don't think that was Shunshin, I think that was just foot speed. You saw them run off and then the camera zoomed out, you saw them moving so incredibly fast that dust started flying everywhere and then they both had their fists blocked by Momo. Leaving a fire trail.

I think the only Shunshin that was used was by Sasuke when he blitzed Momoshiki by himself when both he and Naruto were doing their cooperative blows together.


Momoshiki also ran when they left so all three just met up halfway. To meet it makes sense that Momoshiki was able to block them both while running, but when Sasuke used Body Flicker he was smacked.

Shunshin?

Nah. You can clearly see the difference between them running and them using Shunshin.

1. Shunshin is a burst of speed. The second gif is them running, then Sasuke speeds ahead with what seems to be Shunshin. The first gif shows a burst of speed. (fast enough to send them through the god tree's stump) That's Shunshin.

2. Naruto leaves no trails like that when he just runs, as shown in the running gif. He leaves defined trails w/ Shunshin. Thus the top is him using Shunshin, and the bottom is him running.
