Sasuke CANT really kill Naruto

I know a lot of people didnt care whether Sasuke can or cannot kill naruto. I personally thinks he can. But what im about to suggest is, actually Sasuke cannot kill naruto at all. Yes, sasuke arrogance and ego overtimely suggested otherwise that he can EASILY kill naruto. I tell u why he CANT kill naruto.

1) Sasuke had the first chance killing naruto during the battle at valley of the king, but sasuke just put naruto sleeping only. No real killer instict there. Why he let naruto live? Bcoz he said afterwards, he wanted to gain power NOT following Itachi's method of "killing".

2) 2nd encounter when the rescue team of Team 7 which comprised Sai, Sasuke can actually kill naruto on instance, but instead of killing him, sasuke let the team go by oro's order, but is it oro's instruction or sasuke's decision? Bcoz everyone knows sasuke never bowed to anyone, right? And the conversation between sasuke and kurama at that time signals something, that if sasuke killed naruto, sasuke get killed too.

3) During Obito intervention of Sasuke/Naruto encounter for the aftermath of Danzo's death, Obito instructs sasuke to withdraw from the battle due to his "limit" has reached and badly injured, and before that the exchange blows of opinion between the 2 parties which stated that only Naruto could quenched the thirst for Sasuke undying revenge.

So, i sum up to 3 main factor WHY sasuke cant killed naruto :-

1) Sasuke's method of gaining something by NOT killing.
2) Sasuke's fate in Kurama's hand.
3) Sasuke NEVER gonna defeat Naruto with his current chakra level.

I'm curious to hear of the ignorance one must embrace to accept that as truth.

From where I stand - the two are never going to be equal. Naruto has been Thor-Chakra-Smash stronger than Sasuke since day 1, and that will never change by virtue of Naruto's blood line and symbiosis with a tailed beast.

Kishimoto has been exploiting various plot armoring techniques to try and place the two on even footing (such as the curse mark) - but Naruto is just on a whole different plane in terms of power from Sasuke. If the Manga writes it otherwise, it's mere arbitrary plot on Kishimoto's part. By the logic of the series built from Part 1 - Sasuke will never be physically capable of standing as Naruto's equal.

Even in terms of specialization, the Sharingan's advanced abilities are reliant upon mid ranged jutsu techniques that require chakra from the user. The Susano'o is about the only way Sasuke stands a practical chance against Naruto... and that will not last long against a character who can, as NB would say: "solo" an entire war front and then go head-to-head with God itself.

Without some serious arbitrary plot boosts... Sasuke will get flattened like an apple before a freight train. He used to have techniques that put him at some situational advantages... but Naruto has already demonstrated the ability to Thor-Smash right on through those.

I mean... when the main character is both Tank and DPS against an enemy the equivalent of God... how are you going to make his childhood rival relevant after that? Make him God for no damned reason? I'll be horribly disappointed if that happens. I'm already disappointed that we've gotten to the point where we are fighting against deities... (bypassed blowing up planets and went straight to fighting the eternal dragon).
