Otogakure currenty has no leader and its mutated oro outcasts probably look to sasuke.. The new Oto could be a powerful nation especially if he gets the rinnegan as history seems to repeat itself

you are right about that. naruto's talk-no-jutsu is the strongest out there!!! if it can change nagato and bring back all of the leaf village, and don't forget to cause the bijuu to befriend naruto then it can do anything.

I don't see the purpose of kishi having suigetsu influence the released oto-nin that sasuke is their savior without a purpose.. but then again, kishi has left alot of things open-ended...
