Sasuke cannot have Sage Mode

What you're thinking of is "Sage Transformation". Which is the result of Juugo's clan absorbing Natural Energy. ..so even if Juugo were to fuse with Sasuke, Sasuke couldn't obtain "Sage Mode",

What Sasuke would most likely get, is "Sage Transformation", So, no. Sasuke would not get Sage Mode via that method.

Which is why Sasuke will show his Hawk side again with Curse Mark. I think it is possible for that.

Why a hawk, the snake sage mode can probably adjust to anything a hawk can do, it would be a dragon sage mode, and dragon can fly. If Saskue get the dragon sage mode it will look like a perfected form of his curse mark with the wings

I agree he won't get sage mode however those pics you showed are kinda biased. You showed sasukes fearful face against itachi, but naruto had a similar face when he wuz about to get warped by obito,why didn't u show dat 1 instead of the you put at the OP. Other than that factor I agree.

No, you didn't address the same topic. You didn't even refer to Sage Transformation. All you addressed is he may be able to arbitrarily absorb Natural Energy, which isn't the same thing.
