Sasuke can use Kirin without thunder clouds

I see many posts from members saying "Sasuke can't use Kirin without thunder clouds , but that not the case at all and let me explain why.

Let explain why Sasuke used Kirin by using the thunder clouds.

^Point one: Sasuke used Natural energy because the power level of that Jutsu on a completely new level than using a Natural Chakra.

^Point two: When Sasuke absorbed Oro's body and abilities he was able to use his "Body shedding Technique", but also comes with the price of taking all of your Chakra at once and that leaves Sasuke with zero Chakra to use for Kirin.

Now let me show you a proof that Sasuke can use Krin without any Natural energy.

Now you might ask why Sasuke didn't use Kirin the first time when fought Itachi since he had enough Chakra to use it.....well i am glad you asked that.

^He needs an open peace in order to use Kirin....kinda like how was try to use it with his fight against Team 7, but Oro stopped him from using it.

I think you mean to say that by using Nature energy he was using the pre-existing lightning/electrical energy present in nature (Cumulonimbus cloud). How can he manipulate the lightning if it's not there? He's not creating anything after all.

If there was none he would have to make his own lightning out of his own chakra and he doesn't have enough chakra to make enough lightning to use Kirin. It's like when people use water jutsu on a lake. They use the water there instead of making the water from their chakra.

Even so, The body shedding tech doesn't use all your chakra, Just uses alot.

Sasuke had enough chakra left to use quite a huge fire style tech, So he wasn't out of chakra, He ran out of chakra after he used it all on the fire style to help the storm.

Also if you are right that he can use it without needing clouds and using his own chakra, it wouldn't nearly as deadly or powerful, Maybe not even as fast as the kirin used against Itachi.
Thus taking away it's rep as a "One shot Tech"

What are you talking about? Kakuzu used an entirely different technique.

If it isn't natural lighting, it won't be nearly as fast or powerful. Not to mention, no explanation was given.

There needs to be some atmospheric turbulence for lightning to take place in order to accumulate charge. It could happen in a dust storm also, but it doesnt look like there is one outside. I know Naruto doesnt always follow perfect scientific logic, but Sasuke himself devised his entire plan around creating clouds to use kirin. I dont think he can use it without clouds present. He would be the most OP character in the manga.

^But he also needs to shot a Lighting up to the sky in order for Kirin to work.......the Lighting from the sky can be there, but if Sasuke doesn't shot the Lighting from his hand and up to the sky then Kirin won't work.
