Sasuke can use Izanami...!?

Obito still can use Izanagi, so even if someone would be able wound Obito seriously he is still unconquerable. Is this true?
And in that case Sasuke can counter it with Izanami? Itachi taught him how to use it? Didn't he? And if Sasuke will use it will it damage his sight? The ordinary MS loses its light if you use Izanagi or Izanami, but Sasuke has an EMS what never loses its light ...so???
