If an ameno user switches with an object in motion does it remain in motion even after the switch?

If Sasuke throws a kunai directly in front of him, and then switches with ameno, would the kunai continue to move in that direction and stab him in the back?

The anime suggests that whatever Sasuke switches with, he will gain its motion if it's moving. I can only presume that the switched item will stop if he wasn't moving before the switch.

I think FTG is better than Ameno cause Minato was able to transport a TBB to the sea in a split second and be back on the battlefield before the explosion hit whereas Sasuke Ameno is just object swapping an it's not like he can do it on a constant like a DBZ character can, it has it's moment where it needs to chill before the next jump.(Or that's what it seems like because he's only used Ameno to avoid one attack not several attacks simultaneously where he'd need to swap at very fast rates/paste)

Ameno is a nice tech but I think FTG is superior. Slightly superior but still superior none the less.

Minato didn't use FTG to teleport the TBB he used that other portal technique we saw against Kurama. And you think Sasuke can't teleport a TBB ? The guy can transport his Susanoo and create portals of course he can.

Furthermore, Susanoo is limited by the kunai's range you can only teleport as far as you throw it and the user requires prep time to use any form of swapping ability unlike Ameno.

Read the manga before making dumb comments, cool down only applied to Sasuke when he was still new at using the Rinnegan. In his current state he can easily spam Ameno.

And unlike FTG he doesn't need prep time to teleport himself wherever he likes, Minato would have been useless if he didn't put a seal on Obito whereas Sasuke doesn't require anything to teleport to other people.
