as seen by B, if you are friends, the tailed beast acts as another person pushing chakra into them disrupting the enemies genjutsu.

According to the manga jinchurikins are the best against genjutsu bcuz they can disrupt eachothers chakra to avoid genjutsu.
Its basiclly ALOT harder to out nauto in a genjutsu, not completely immune to genjutsu though.

Since Jinchuuriki hosts who master their Tailed Beasts can disrupt the others chakra, the Genjutsu would be broken in no time, thus making Genjutsu a waste of chakra..
