This is not a matchup nor did i say kakasi is stronger, but i was just thinking yo myself, not only does DMS kakashi have MS and rikudou chakra in that state, he also has obito who will serve as his partner in snapping him out, what do you guyz think?

Obito transmigrated into Kakashi the same way Indra and Ashura did into their descendants, the difference is Obito's transmigration was temporary.

It's also no different to Orochimaru being within Sasuke, and yet that didn't give Sasuke immunity to genjutsu.

Bijus are too weak against eye ginjutsu be it Sasuke's ginjutsu or any other MS user .Even kid obito was able to fully control full Kuarma.
Ot:I am not sure if Sasuke's Genjutsu is so much special to threaten MS user boosted with Rikudo chakra when there is no exclusive evidence that he uses Rinnegan Genjutsu not Ms Genjutsu used through his Rinnegan (like Amatrasu )

Which isn't unresonable if perceived from the correct point of view -- Inner Sakura au fond was suppressed chakra/emotion; shown when Sakura ceased Ino's mind transfer technique (spiritual energy) -- The Yamanaka clan's jutsu allows them all of the bodies active chakra, yet dormant/suppressed chakra break the possession.

Genjutsu is no different on the pretense: Genjutsu manipulates the bodies chakra (i.e. five senses; cranial nerves) -- Whilst one of the methods to overcome Genjutsu is through chakra override;
