Sasuke can levitate?

Well I just finished watching Boruto the movie for the second time and this time around I noticed something interesting. In the scene where Sasuke first ask Boruto to use his Rasengan against Momoshiki he was using V1/ skeleton Susanoo (w/o the head) and holding Boruto in his palm, he was indeed levitating in midair not flying with Susanoo wings but like Naruto. Does that mean Sasuke can fly like Naruto without Susanoo? I might be on to something here.
