Well seeing as how she controled Naruto's blood flow with her chakra, I don't see why she wouldn't be able to control menstruation.
Tsunade was able to cause her blood to clot so that she wouldn't bleed out when she was cut in half, Sakura did something simular when Sakura stabed her. Blood Manipulation is a basic advance medical ninja skill.

Dare I say that Kabuto might even be able to control his period.

If it were so then Sasuke wouldnt have to dadge a fireball jutsu. You cannot control someone elses jutsu.

This has always bugged me, sasukes mangekyo power is to control shape and manipulate ama right? And itachi gave him ama, so then if sasukes eye power is reliant on having ama from itachi, wtf would have been sasukes eye power had he gained ms by some other means???

Sasuke's MS powers are Enton: Kagutsuchi and Amaterasu. He gained both without on his own as that was to be his MS powers. What Itachi gave Sasuke was this

Isn't it odd that they both have ama as an ms power but no other ms users do then? It's def a itachi tech as well since he used it on that toad summoning in part 1, not arguing or anything this is just a serious question I had that I originally thought was just a kishi oversight
