Sasuke can choose MS or EMS?

Sasuke already had the EMS at this point so why is his Sharigan just in MS form? This was chapter 619.

I thought it was just a drawing mistake by Kishi but in chapter 620, he still had it on just MS here:

So is this just drawing mistakes by Kishi or can he choose whether to activate MS or EMS?

It was an error. It was taken care of in the release of the entire set, I believe.

Pretty sure it was a drawing error once you have EMS your MS is gone because it transformed into the EMS.

No he can't He only has the EMS this was an error on the drawing. The EMS is basically the MS but without the drawbacks

Sasuke's mangekyou is pretty much useless nowadays, so I prefer this to be just a mistake, if I were forced to make a choice haha
