Not exactly speculation. Just a scenario imo. Sasuke has already shown the ability to swap objects both animate and inanimate. The point that it's a jutsu is merely a restriction you're trying to lay on Sasuke without a good reason.

As for Naruto jutsus expanding, I guess that's true unless Sasuke deflects it before it detonates.

As for Sasukes instant tele, Narutos speed can outrun him when his eye is on cooldown like Madara did and Naruto can do a bijuudama goudama rasenshuriken barrage with multiple shadow clones. Even if Sasuke manages to tele, itd only be within his range therefore cannot outrun the blast radius.

Is what you said possible yes seeing as most feats in the manga are impossible, how ever improbable it may be it is possible for sasuke to do both but until kishimoto shows us it happening it's all in your head.
