The sealing jutsu placed Kaguya along with Gedo mazou statue.We eventually knew that after Madara awaken his rinnegan he was able to summon the Gedo Mazou statue out of the Moon to carry out his moon eye plan

Sasuke also awaken the sharinnegan (which is superior to the rinnegan) ,and was able to capture the tailbeasts like pokemon

Since Sasuke have access to the gedo mazou by the rinnegan,he can summon Gedo mazou statue out of kaguya dimension to the real world.Furthermore,Sasuke can places his pets (tail beasts ) in to the statue and recreate the jubi.
It will be too repetitive for Sasuke to follow Madara and Obito path of power by becomming the Jubi host,but I believe Sasuke will go after the God fruit by reviving the God tree trunk that remind on the battle field (below).Then destroy the tree with a rinnegan jutsu or Advance Amaterasu jutus

he doesn`t have the necessary chakra to summon gedo mazou from kaguya`s dimension. there is no jubbi`s jiinchuriki.. it`s all about kaguya`s revival.. gedo mazou is kaguya`s carcass, the jiinchuriki is actually her human body she needs, and black zetsu to awaken her. on the other hand, naruto is like a human gedo mazou, he can be a living human juubi being if he will absorb the beasts inside him, he could become immortal.. sasuke can`t handle all the chakra inside him. i`m sorry. uchiha don`t have the body to handle such masive chakra.. without gedo mazou i`m saying.

actually kakashi ripped one of it`s arms.. i think he should`ve done that with the head.. the sealing is done through gedo mazou`s mouth.
