Sasuke can absorb and cast jutsus at the sametime..

I'm just curious to know why he thinks that. And probably state one or two points of my own.

I think that Sasuke can use some jutsu while absorbing jutsu but that he would have to stop absorbing jutsu to use some high level jutsu.
