Here, Sasuke and Naruto are encased in solid ice. If Amaterasu didn't spawn at a single point, Sasuke's amaterasu would have burnt a path before reaching Sasuke's hand. But it didn't. It spawned where Sasuke had focused, his hand.

Lmao, why would I go back to a scan of MS Sasuke when there is a scan of current (Rinnegan/EMS) Sasuke spawning Amaterasu.

Based on my scan Amaterasu is in fact spawned. Now perhaps Amaterasu can either be spawned or shot like a projectile is plausible. But outright saying that it cannot be spawned - and is just shitty writing by Kishi, is nothing but a cop-out and I'm not buying it.
