Im not even a Sasuke fan, but umm, Gaaras dad tried multiple times to kill him... the gaiden isnt over yet, still have to see how Sarada's birth came about and why Karin would leave her child with Sakura to raise.

When you have people like Minato and Gaara's father around? Hilarious:
Minato: Killed himself, and left his son to live a life of shame, neglect, and loneliness in the village. He met nothing but cruelty at their hands. He shied away from his responsibilities as a father.
Kazekage: The guy paid thugs and the boy's own uncle to murder his own son. Sasuke is worse than this man? You must be joking.
Itachi ticks almost all of those nicely:
Worst son: Killed his own parents in cold blood. The same parents who always loved and supported him. Callous.
Worst clansmen: Killed his entire family in the name of Nationalism / Jingoism. The depth of depravity.
Worst brother: Tortured his 8 year old brother through murder and illusion. And again when he was 13. Disgusting.
Worst Friend: Inserted Shisui's eye into his crow, in lieu of putting it to good use. Nothing but a disgrace to his clansmen.
Worst Lover: Killed his own lover to abide by the village's heinous jingoistic laws. Morbid.
The rest are more along the lines of perspective:

Worst Husband: She's living in his house and hording on his money. He never loved her anyway. So her fault, really, for imploring him to marry her.
