Obito took some Juubi jin madara chakra which is why Kakashi's raikiri was black. I think that Obito's chakra on top of that made the concentration of chakra in Kakashi's raikiri larger. So I believe Kakashi's raikiri in that moment against kaguya was stronger then Sasuke's black chidori against madara. Also kakashi's power up was only temporary so he probably just went all out.

The're the same thing, Sasuke's chidori has been called Raikiri a few times before, it's only the name that differs. besides, he pierced Raikage's armour remember with that very tech not so long ago.. and when he first met Naruto he was about to use Kirin to wipe them all out before Pedochimaru stopped him. Sasky can match and exceed Kakashi's raikiri chakra.. and he being an Uchiha means that wont take a toll cos of their large chakra pool.. Sasky takes this
