So, we gonna act like Madara wasn't doing shit to smash their morale? Sasuke doesn't need to use any paths cause you will never catch him slipping and ahout to get blazed by any ninjutsu attacks. Itachi saved him from human path with the sword of solo. When he fought a nerfed Nagato who was pretty much near drained and was transmitting chakra to the paths he stood a chance. When he fought Nagato who was mobile he got shat on and would've died had Itachi not been there. Madara pretty much did the same with the outer path. Now a Sasuke's with his speed and reflexes which far exceed a controlled Nagato unleashing human path and it's game over for noodles.
