What's up guys, first poster and Sasuke fan here. Initially, I was pretty bummed reading the chapter and seeing that Sasuke still had one arm, but to be honest, I thought about it a bit more and now I love it. Does it give Naruto the edge? I think so (and we all know which side of the spectrum I fall on here), but that isn't necessarily a bad thing for the NV. When Sasuke conceded that he lost to Naruto at the valley of the end, he wasn't actually referring to the fight itself (it was a draw, obviously), but Naruto's ideals on being hokage. He left the village because he took accountability for his actions earlier in the series, which means he understands that his earlier views were wrong. I think when he traveled, he started to understand the amount of chaos he caused the world, and that if it weren't for anyone's interference, he would've continued. Let's say Sasuke decides for some reason to go evil again, who's going to stop him? There's only one answer: Naruto. If he were to have two arms, chances are they'd both die in the battle, which is a terrible thing for everyone considering Naruto is the face of the new ninja generation (the only peaceful one in history), and the strongest ninja currently. With one arm, Sasuke is still capable of defeating anyone else and serving the village, but he can be corrected by Naruto if something were to happen. I think as best friends, Sasuke is okay with this dynamic, despite how competitive their rivalry is.
