My point is, even if it can't make the entire boys intangible, it can make around 3/4's of it intangible at one time. Kakashi would not need to make his entire body intangible. He can always leave out spots that don't matter.

except ems is a special change of eyes between siblings that simply allows the user to keep their eye power it doesn't add anything, madara wouldn't be able to use kamui if that was the case

no dms kakashi does not beat sasuke. rivaling obito is not much as sharingan has the ability to dispel genjutsu and they both posses the same ms eye even 3t sasuke was rivalling 3t itachi genjutsu and saw through all of it. its basic sharingan ability.
