Sasuke Being Kicked (Danzo vs Itachi? Did it ever happen?)

But seriously, this coincidence in taijutsu style is pretty interesting, at least to my mind. Danzo is plenty familiar with Itachi, as seen here:
And also through many other little snippets throughout the fight, the tone and words both implying that Danzo knew Itachi personally, and had even seen Amaterasu performed.
So he has seen Itachi in combat, and Itachi appears to have seen him in battle as well. The kicks are pretty much identical, as they would be if Itachi had copied it with the Sharingan (which was active, again implying combat).
They had some panel-time together during Itachi's more recent backstory reveals.
My point is:
Perhaps Danzo served as Itachi's commander in ANBU for a while, or Itachi as Hiruzen's liaison to Root? He was certainly trusted enough, and to my mind it seems more than likely. A fairly safe place for a young, vulnerable (HAH) Uchiha. Hiruzen WOULD do something like that.
Either that or Danzo and Itachi fought once, which is reasonable considering their respective positions on the Uchiha massacre. Danzo has experienced Tsukuyomi as well:
Perhaps Danzo even Kotoamatsukami'd Itachi into ABSOLUTE loyalty to Konoha to the point where he had to stop attacking him and obey his orders to destroy the Uchiha and become a missing-nin?

Oddly enough, I can't seem to find the frame where Sasuke is kicked. It should be around 147, when Sasuke confronts Itachi and Kisame in a hallway, Jiraiya and Naruto are nearby.
Found it and added duplicate, just in case. It wasn't on the Base Manga reader, so that was a bit weird.
Can anyone fix that?
