He want's to become hokage and it's not going to happen. Knowing how sasuke is he Is no different from Madara Uchiha or Obito. He is evil. He has that same brain condition that The second hokage brought up when on the subject of the root of Uchiha hatred. I think he's going to try to take over the leaf village when he get's denied and will eventually be killed by Naruto when he becomes hokage.

Sasuke hates people that toy with people's live or view other people as insignificant when compared to their own goals. That is the same reason he used to hate Itachi and the same reason he hates Orochimaru. Sasuke won't end up like Danzo.
