I didnt actually answer ur question. Sasuke has to look at minato to set him on fire. If minato tags him its over since he can rasengan him before sasuke knows wat happened

Yes, Sasuke would win if Minato tags him ..he could just blaze release him.

you're wrong if minato tags him,it's sasuke who will lose,because if minato attacks it's instant sasuke won't have time to react and use blaze release on him,but the problem is how is he going to tag him,with susanoo on.
and about susanoo we don't know if someone can use it continuesly until he runs out of chakra,if not minato can tag him

nahh he would be to fast plus sasuke doesnt know about the 4ths techs from what we know so he might not even notice being marked but if he did he would have to do it from the get go
