The huyga clan was known to see these type of vision at this level inorder to know their oponent chakra point.

I guess this is why Orichimaru ,Obito/tobi said that Sasuke use his sharingan much better than Itachi

You're describing a basic sharingan ability, Sasuke simply used the sharingan to see the chakra of mini bombs, It shouldn't be hard to look for chakra that's not his in his body, Deidara was using Earth base jutsu, Sasuke knows what color it is and since there were a lot of them in him he was able to see the chakra better than if there were a few.

The sharingan doesn't always see chakra, they have to actually change their vision to see it as Sasuke did vs Kabuto, it emphasis Sasuke's eyes when he already had EMS on

, it's more noticeable in the anime if you watch it. As for the Madara comment, any sharingan can see thru a clone, against Itachi Kakashi used hidden mist so Itachi wouldn't have notice his clone was a clone. The difference is, Madara knows Hashirama so well that he knows to look unground for any possible wood clones hiding where as someone who never fought Hashirama wouldn't have.

Plus the only I could see thru this, He was the only Uchiha to fight Hashirama in all there fights, Hashirama story shows them clashing as kids up to young adults. Only he was a able to fight on Hashirama's level but was still weaker than him.

I do recall Sasuke saying he could see the real Naruto from the clones in the anime (but not in the manga). Perhaps his EMS has granted him the ability to see the real Naruto from a Shadow Clone. It would make their final battle more interesting imo.

That's just a Sharingan ability, anyone with the Sharingan could do that. Kakashi used a clone on Itachi but came from underground fast in the manga but Kakashi used hidden mist in the anime

Even if Sasuke knows which Naruto is real, he can't ignore the clones who can still attack him or he'll end up like Kakuza
