I'll be the brazen fan to break this alleged silence.

Firstly, I'd like to say that I'm a general fan of the manga, not necessarily the character Naruto.

Naruto is currently fighting six fully formed tailed beast Jinchuuriki and the mastermind behind the fourth world war, yet still has probably 6-8 clones fighting elsewhere in Kyuubi mode. This means his chakra is split 6-8 ways. Sasuke has been sitting in a cave for the whole freaking war, recovering his strength and healing after stealing his brother's eyes.

Maybe they don't feel the need to make a thread every time Naruto jumps out of a cave or, y'know, takes a breath.

Naruto, unlike Sasuke (apparently), doesn't need his fans to plaster his supposed exploits in a thread every 34 seconds.

He does it himself in the manga.

Um Itachi left the world expecting his brother to implant his eyes hints the crow in Naruto they were inherited not stolen.
