The reason why its such a big deal is because it shows that Sasuke is still in over his head in the Shinobi world. Not saying he doesn't have skill. I like how he handled Danzo, but he really needs a tailed beast if plans to keep up with Naruto.

He has EMS which is not fully skilled yet,nor we saw all the powers from it..

It changed the Trajectory of the arrow not outright blow it up. Everything has a weakness aything thats fast has the weakness of potential altered path upon impact.

this weakness however I doubt is exploitable by anyone besides madara it most likely was sharingan experience seeing as even kakashi can react properly to it
