Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Itachi basically gave this to Sasuke, but Sasuke trained his MS, and EMS he had to adjust to. EMS grants him perfect eyesight. He fully mastered Blaze Release and used Iso Susano'o with EMS.

Rinnegan. Sasuke's Rinnegan is on Hagoromo's level so this means his powers are God-like. He can control all 9 Tailed Beasts with a glance, use Chibaku Tensei without the orb, and also use are reverse of Creation of All Things.

Orochimaru gave him the Curse Seal as an experiment, testing if Sasuke could release the power. Sasuke was able to release it from pure skill. Sasuke's skill with MS surpassed Itachi's skill with MS. Sasuke's Rinnegan skill is/was on Hagoromo's level. He's most likely above him now. Free powerup or not, it's still his power. If a guy gave you his gun for free, it's yours. You can become more skilled than him with it.

I liked Sasuke best in the period when he was in Hebi/Taka, up until he defeated Danzo. His design was on point and he was most sympathetic during that period.
