The manga is better plus they are quite different in style
Naruto looks like he could be 30 something years old (more or less) while they made Sasuke look very young like a teenager.

If you look at the pics in this spoiler Hebi Sasuke looks like he could be a year or more older then how Sasuke looks in the Bolt screenshot.
The only problem I have with how Sasuke looks is that his hair should have more spikes at the back like he does in chap 700.
In chap 700 both Naruto and Sasuke have a broad chin but I think they made Sasuke's chin more pointy to make his character stand out and look younger?
In anime a characters face doesn't have much detail so to show age they may make a male characters chin wider and their eyes smaller when they are older like how Sasuke looks in chap 700.
He doesn't even have his man-bag. Lol
