since sasuke doesn't have a mind of his own will then try to fight naruto and the others.

We literally got a preview for future events.

And naruto will probably put an end to the war cycle.

OT: Naruto can't do anything without Sasuke, and Sasuke can't do anything without Naruto. The sage will more than likely tell Naruto to cooperate with Sasuke to defeat "The Juubi" once again.
Although the Sage failed entirely when going to Naruto's mind and not Sasuke's.

It was basically foreshadowed when Sasuke and Naruto beat Obito. Iurda or w/e his name is is inside of Sasuke and have his chakra. If it was Madara then all hope is truly lost.
Sasuke also won't get corrupted, he stopped when he made his own choice to help the SA, otherwise he would have joined Madara.
