so I believe that the fact that sasuke has absorbed chakra from karin gives sasuke rights to rinnegan. This could also be part of oros plan to finally get sasukes body. Think about it... Oro wouldn't be so willing to give sasuke that scrolls power unless he had some other plan. He probably knew Karin and sasuke had some relationship, and don't forget that Oro taught kabuto reanimation. He may have a cursed seal on madaras body to take control of him. That would give him enough power to take sasukes body at this time, pre rinnegan.
