Doesn't it seem weird like Sasuke actually has power over the Bijuus themselves.

He does because both Obito and Madara were able to summon Kurama after they put him under Sharingan Genjutsu and they still can, but how is that possible?

It's possible because of the retard Hagoromo who made the Bijuus and made them weak to his Rinnegan so he can control them not knowing that Indra and Ashura will reincarnate to different people and unlock MS and Rinnegan from his bloodline and control and summon the Bijuus.

This is an obvious proof of how stupid Hagoromo is, not only he caused the creation of Ninjutsu and the Bijuus, but he also was screwing with the balance betwen Indra and Ashura by only giving power to Ashura and his reincarnations which caused the shinobi world to be ruled by retards like Ashura, Hashirama and Naruto.

Databook said that Indra created Ninjutsu. We don't know if he taught others or not but Hagormoo said he didn't.
And considering that Ashura's clan is the senjus with a thousand skills, I wouldn't be suprised if they picked up on ninjutsu either.
