Sasuke doesn't have a home in the village, and I doubt the Uchiha district still exist's otherwise that's a lot of empty land that isn't being used. I imagine when they rebuilt the village it got paved over and other people live there now. This is supported by the fact that Sakura doesn't live there and since there isn't a huge clan anymore they have no more land.
Sakura says that she hadn't finished paying off the loan on the house she destroyed. Unless she's spent the last 12 years trying to pay off that house this loan must be a recent thing. So when Sasuke returns, he literally won't even know where to look to find Sakura and Sarada.
They don't have a house together or any photo's of each other this leads me to believe that they aren't even married, but I do think Sarada is their daughter. I have a feeling that Sakura was just wearing the Uchiha symbol along with having the fake pictures as a facade for Sarada. This is why Sakura get's so mad when Sarada calls her out. If my prediction is correct I wonder what Sasuke will say when he see's his family crest on Sakura's back.
