Sasuke and Sakura foreshadowing?

I noticed on the last page where Sai was questioning about Sasuke's true motive. Juugo turns and says "Who knows" immediately after in a smaller panel right next to it it shows simply Sakura's face. Do you think Kishi might have put it there as a sort of foreshadow? Or am I just reading too much into something I hope happens?

Yeah I was wondering why they showed her again when she didn't really show "her" True power yet, all she did was show Tsunade healing channeling abilities, so it could only mean that, or Orochimaru is with Tsunade, or her and Sakura are connected some how and she senses Tsunade is in trouble.

I don't think so. Maybe a little BUT she's known to be one who catches on quickly. The look on her face is more "What are your true intentions?" Or if you noticed, Sakura has the same protective look for Naruto. When I saw her pannel, it was more of a "I won't hold back if you try to hurt Naruto." But you know, it's just a guess. :|
