Don't say a single shit about the size because Sasuke had to make it smaller so that it could envelope Naruto's 50% Kurama with his Perfect Susano'o and Naruto's Kurama is half the size of 100% Kurama who was wearing Madara's Perfect Susano'o armor.

No. It's just that this ''Sasuke doesn't have PS'' stuff is getting ridiculous. Hashirama immediately recongized it and Sasuke stated ''This is the same as what Madara did in the past''. It's obviously the Perfect Susano'o.
