[Theory] Sasuke and perfect susano'o

At the risk of being a broken record, i was reading old issues of the manga and i noticed that (IMO) Kishi is foreshadowing that Sasuke will get PS. On this page here:

in the bottom left panel Madara says that

"This susano'o is destruction incarnate, One slash of it's sword possesses the power to break all creation, only the bijuu have power comparable to this."

The reason i think sasuke will get it is because Naruto and Sasuke have to be on even terms in the series, or so it seems. Since Naruto has the bijuu, Sasuke will have PS.

I don't think Sasuke will get it though until WAY later, like after the war is over 'later'

Someone here wrote a theory about Sasuke´s Susano´o and I think it makes sense.

He said that Sasuke already got his PS. Madara´s PS got legs and is huge, Sasuke´s PS is coated with Amaterasu and is able to manipulate the flames (maybe it also has the legendary items from Itachi but thats just speculation).

The armor scheme on both are looking very smiliar, another hint that Sasuke already has his PS.
