by looking at there face you can telll there related at least sasuke and neji being relatives and naruto and hashirama it just takes a glance of an eye to tell.(it has been said that the hygua are realted to the uchiha but some still deny this for some reason it isn't to hard to believe, the same with senju and uzumaki)
