We have never seen him have a practical application of his "speed" and as you can see it is nothing but chakra punches being thrown at him, not diverse fluid moves. Sasuke has a fluid divers fighting style while Naruto has an "all pout or nothing" style of combat but as kimimaro and part 1 Sasuke have shown it is easily counterd by skill.
O.t: huge cakra Punches are different from normal ones by humans in a real combat situation

Still Sasuke got soloed by those chakra punches twice already xd........ur assumptions don't mean anything to the author......ur fantasy, fanfic and imagination of Sasuke is useless. Its clear that u r a Sasuke fapboy. I m fine with Sasuke fans like Riley who use logic in their arguments and not some wild fantasy, but the fapboys should be treated as they deserve.

Naruto is the fastest ninja him or minato because minato is showing us no features but not at full power like sage mode
Sasuke isn't even said to be faster then raikage although it's quite likely naruto is faster in terms of raw speed even base speed he is the fastest ninja and then we still have others who are very fast like rock lee third raikage tobirama seriously it just believe it's in this order

Haha how can you say naruto is slower in anything besides space time? He has shown multiple times to have a faster foot/fly speed, attack speed, and reaction timing. Naruto is literally superior in every physical aspect of it.

Body Flicker

A lot of Naruto fans comfort themselves by saying Sasuke needs body flicker to move quickly.Body flicker is a burst of footspeed, not short range teleportation. Sasuke's body flicker is undoubtedly faster than Naruto's.

Running Speed
When you are tired or fighting a strong opponent, body flicker won't suffice as shown against Kaguya, because when you move that fast you must stop to make a move (unless your attack is already set up ie Chidori or Kenjutsu) This is the speed used when executing techniques like rasengan.
Naruto is either equal or slightly above Sasuke in this regard.

Technique enhanced speed
Using techniques like susanoo or a bijuu cloak either augments or slows your physical perameters. A prime example of this is Sasuke's PS and The Bijuu avatar.
Naruto and Sasuke are equal in this regard.

Space And Time Speed
People justify this with Instant=Instant. This is untrue. Sasuke has the fastest executed S/T Jutsu being that he needs no seals or prep time like FTG And Kamui respectively: beimg that naruto doesn't possess S/T jutsu, Sasuke is better at this.

Combat Speed
The speed that you can hit with and create combos. Can be augmented with running speed but that is useless with combos. Sasuke is faster with this but Naruto equals him with his fighting style of using clones.

Reflexes
The speed at which you can react to something. Currently Naruto has better feats with this. Personally I think Sasuke needs to showcase his but Naruto is explicitly noted to have impressive teflexes.
Naruto is the winner currently.

So there are different types of speed meaning on or the other isn't exactly faster

no proof sasuke has faster body flicker. if naruto runs faster then sasuke then his body flicker would be faster due to it being a burst of speed. also kamui phase is instant and can be used as fast as sasuke's s/t, so your wrong about that to

naruto's current cloak doesnt slow him down and has no negative effects. he obviously wins in this regard

naruto strikes faster then sasuke.

2)Naruto clearly has had faster feats than Sasuke. BM Naruto deflected 6 BijuuDama at the same time. As Juubi Madz was about to attack Naruto, RM stopped Madz in his tracks. I would say Sasuke could be equal to Naruto, but attacking a person (from behind) when they're not even concerned with you doesn't seem like that impressive a feat

Completely untrue. If Naruto was able to successfully blitz Kaguya while Sasuke couldn't, how are you gonna claim this.

Not really. Sasuke has better Combat Speed overall (hence why he's been able to counter Narutos shadow clone barrages since forever but naruto slightly trumps in pure footspeed. Sasuke has better shuishin. The point of this thread was basically that even though there are small differences in speed, there won't be any blitzing and neither is completely faster

That point is as valid as saying Sasuke is faster because he hit Madara who has better speed feats than Kaguya BTW.

Sasuke not only was distracting her but when he tried to hit her she didn't dodge it, she changed dimensions.

KCM naruto is faster than sasuke in the long run but sasuke have far greater agility than naruto. Sasuke also have straight tomoe sharingan which allow Sasuke fluidity in his movements when fighting. So sasuke can read naruto movement no matter how fast he is.

Put it like this if naruto ain't mad, he is not faster than sasuke. When he is mad or want to kill out of rage, he is faster than sasuke. Otherwise, their base speed is about the same in some way.

Riiiight. Let's make that assumption. Someone with such fluid movement reading wasn't able to hit a god, whereas Naruto did... this feat speaks a lot. Heck, his PS blade missed too

Madara has better speed feats yes. If Sasuke is locked away for half the fight and revived in a place he can't move I expect less feats but you are ignoring that right before Naruto hit Kaguya Sasuke was up there fighting her and caught up to her instantly. Naruto ripped off her arm, yet displayed the same speed Sasuke used to catch Kaguya to distract her.

And I'm also sure getting dissected wasn't apart of Madara's plan. Go read 688 again and look at the panel where Kagyua bounces of Sasuke's susanoo, obviously he can catch her.
