Show me a scan of naruto attacking consecutively and i'll show you 3 scans of sasuke( you can show scan all day if you want), i dont think naruto has 1 panel of him(clones attack isnt adding on combat speed so dont count them) using combat speed, he has always been the explosive speed kind of guy, plus, he has more experience in it and uses legs too

madara stated that he has fluid body movement so his body doesnt lack any of the things you mentioned, naruto has never had better body movement since the start, SM is like spidey sense, makes you counter, and only counter while sharingan helps you see your opponent next move before he does it

Sasuke body is capable of many things, you act like he's all eyes and no body

It's like saying V2 A has better combat speed than 7 gate Gai just because he is faster and his striking speed is faster

Just because their fighting styles are different that doesn't mean that both are not examples of combat speed............Will u say zoro's combat speed is > luffy's ....coz this example is similar. And u can see those shockwaves that are big enough to break the walls of the volcano.....that itself tells u about the speed (Supersonic to MHS+ range......can be anything)!! He is reacting to Kaguya's punches and countering them with his own punches.....that is what combat speed is!! U_U

Alright i see were you're getting at, so i we cant say for sure, sasuke style is like a barrage of swift attacks while naruto's is huge burst kind of attacks, but in its speed, wouldnt you say zoro>luffy even if luffy attacks are just as effective?

No.....Sasuke/zoro has more fluid movement that makes up for his lack of power and speed......Naruto/luffy is more infighter boxer type and Sasuke is like a Ninja or Aikido type who focuses more on fluid movements than speed.
Also it depends on the writer.......who he wishes to have faster combat speed!! U_U

(1) Sasuke is never above Naruto in terms of body flicker, its the other way round.
(2) What! equal or slightly above in running speed, give me a break. Naruto is way above Sasuke in terms of running speed.
(3) Sasuke may be above Naruto in terms of ST, but that's still useless against the likes of current Naruto.

Sasuke was always way faster than Naruto before he got his Kyubi mode. It's pretty sad how Naruto needs the Kyubi to surpass Sasuke's base speed. The Sharingan doesn't enhance your speed and Sasuke has no type of chakra to help him enhance his speed. His S/T would completely shit on Naruto's speed though.
